Andrea is a competent and tertiary qualified professional with 25+ years of experience in business operations, financial management, strategic roadmap preparation and execution, people coaching, mentoring and stakeholder management.

After graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business she went on to become a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and has recently advanced to FCPA status in recognition for her contribution to the accounting and finance profession. Andrea is also a qualified business trainer, author, speaker, and mentor Australia wide.

She commenced her career as an Auditor for the Australian Government followed by various senior management roles in the hospitality, automotive, health and fitness, education and not for profit sectors.
 
Andrea brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the family business sector having been the joint owner and operator of Logicar Australia from 1995-2013. Her role as financial controller and strategist contributed to the growth and sustainability of the business which was on sold to a major automotive company in 2013.  Before joining Family Business Australia, Andrea consulted to numerous family businesses around Australia, designed and delivered bespoke financial literacy training and keynotes on business exit strategies.

She is passionate about helping businesses succeed and she is all about actionable initiatives and sustainable results.
